Ray joined Ross Poultry Breeders in 2013 as the Chief Operating Officer, having been in the poultry industry since 1989. Most of his career has been spent in various levels of the broiler breeder industry. Spending time in Great Grand Parent, Grand Parent, and Parent breeding operations.
His main driving force is to ensure that Ross Poultry Breeders delivers the best quality chick to their valued customers, which in turn ensures the superior Ross 308 genetics is expressed in their operations, ensuring maximum production and profitability.
